Moderation is a key to health and happiness.
Whether we are working, playing, sleeping, watching TV, exercising, eating, sex, or whatever, finding balance in whatever it is we are doing is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. To think too much exercise can cause damage is hard for some people to grasp, yet anything we do too much can cause pain and stress. Moderation can help us to be happier.
In today’s rush-rush world, it is easy to get caught up in spending too much time on our phones, or eating too much and drinking too much or, or, or…My hope is to learn how to balance all things and I am a work in progress as I hope you are as well working our way into the new year of 2023.
